					<description>I'm glad you got it fixed up.  In the US, I had to do that whole process when I signed up.  It'd be anoying to have to do it again, but perhaps I'll have to if/when my payments get that high.  Yay for that kind of success-related problem!</description>

Adding to that, because I live in France, every last shred of correspondence with Paypal has to take place in French! There seems to be no way I can convince them that I live and work in English, despite my address...</description>
