I actually find USA and Canada lagging behind, at least on first glance. WN I was accepted Affiliate Window but they haven't sent me a confirmation email yet and aren't getting back to me. Unfortunately there isn't a good site out there (that I've found so far) that will sort through all the programs, rate them and let you know whether they're worth reporting or not.
