I've decided to scrap the courier bag that was to be my laptop bag and instead go with the day pack that clips on to my main pack. The courier bag was killing my shoulder since I think a laptop and SLR are too heavy for it. I love getting rid of stuff and once I leave Canada Ill be able to ditch all my winter gear too. I am still leaving things behind at my parents' house. But basically I can cram whatever I have left into 3 large luggages. Last year I left my packing and cleaning to the last day. I am looking forward to hearing about your travels in the Philippines.
